Admission And Withdrawal Policy 2022-23 

  • * The school believes in offering equal opportunities to all the students and as such, there are no interview or elimination rounds, for admission to any class.
  • * Age criteria for admission to various classes are given as below and any request for age relaxation in age will not be entertained.
  • Nursery :    Three years completed as on 31st December.
  • Std I       : Six years completed as on 31st December.
  • Std II & above  :Based on the results and L.C. received from the previous school.
  • * All admissions will be treated as provisional admissions, till the School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate from the previous school is received and school fees are paid in full. In case, the L.C is not received or fees are not paid within the stipulated time, the Principal reserves the right to revoke the admission.
  • * Every year admission will be made subject to the vacancies.
  • * No School Leaving Certificate will be issued without a written application from the parents/guardians. A notice of one week’s is to be given before withdrawal of the pupil. Otherwise fees will be charged.
  • * The School Leaving Certificate will be issued after the payment of all school fees& obtaining clearance certificate from the School Library, Laboratory, Students’ stores, Sports& Social Service department.

No fees will be refunded, if admission is withdrawn after 30th June or one month after date of admission.
  • * In case of regular admission, if admission is withdrawn after 30th June, I term fees will be charged and if admission is withdrawn after I term, whole year’s fees will be charged. Please refer Student’s Diary for details about school uniform, house system, Examinations, Personal point system and recommendations to parents.

Documents required for new admission

  • Pre-primary: Birth Certificate and progress card of previous school.(if applicable)
  • Std. I to XII : School Leaving Certificate & Progress card.(Compulsory)
  • Special Achievements (if any): Xerox Copies of Certificates/Awards for any special performance in sports or External competitive exams conducted by the previous school/organization.
  • Written Information from parents regarding
  • i) Health history of child (in case of serious disease).
  • ii)Interest in any of the performing Arts, Drama, Singing, Comparing etc.

Examination

  • * Enrolment in the next grade once refused will not be considered. (IX upwards)
  • * Unless all fees dues are cleared, the students will not be allowed to see the results and no bonafide or Leaving Certificate will be issued.
  • * If the student fails twice in the same class, his/her name will be struck off from the school. (IX upwards)

Gereral Rules

  • * Parents and students should bear in mind, the following principles of discipline laid down in Secondary School Code (SS Code) 1979, Rule 56, which states that students should realize that they are responsible to the school authorities, not only for their conduct in school, but also for their general behavior outside.
  • * Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of school, on the part of the students, shall make them liable to disciplinary action.
  • * Students must be punctual. They must reach the school in time for the assembly before 07.55 am / 11.05 am The students, who are late will be sent home, at the risk of their parents. The school is not responsible for loss of books, pens, money etc.
  • * Each student is responsible for his/her own belongings. Parents are advised not to allow their ward to bring any valuable article / excess money to school.
  • * All are expected to communicate in English language within the school campus. A student using malpractices at the examination will be debarred for the rest of the Decision of Principal shall be final in this matter
  • * No student should leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • * Permission will be granted only on receiving a written application from the parents. Exception to any school activity will be permitted only by the Principal Every student must take care of the school property, furniture in the classroom.
  • * Those who damage or destroy will have to make good, the damage done. Fine can be imposed for such damage.
  • * The decision of the Principal regarding the fine will be final. Common breakage Rs. 100/- will be charged from Std IX to XII at the time of withdrawal of admission. examination.
  • * Students should park their bicycles at the allotted place. Otherwise, they will have to pay a fine. The student should remain present on all non-instructional days otherwise they have to pay a fine of Rs.50/-
  • * A Bonafide certificate will be given only once in a year.
  • * On repeated misbehavior or on serious offence of rules, a student can be debarred or rusticated from the school After school hours no student should be seen loitering about on the streets in their school uniform.
  • * Student should take pride in keeping the school clean.
  • * Mobile/electronic device brought in school without prior permission will be confiscated.
